Refund Policy

A full refund is normally available for duplicate charges, payment without a Stars credit, or a request within 24 hours when no paid project was created after the purchase.

If a paid project was created after the purchase, the request requires manual review and the amount depends on the service delivered and applicable law.

If a project fails due to a verified GIFRS issue, the Stars charged for that project are returned to the internal balance.

Select the payment in the refunds section and describe the issue. GIFRS aims to decide within 3 business days; bank settlement may take 5–10 business days.

A full refund removes the corresponding Stars and purchase bonuses and reverses any unpaid affiliate commission.
